The Recruitment Marketing Strategist will develop and execute strategies to strengthen the employer brand and attract talent by partnering with HR, recruiting, and business leaders. This role involves using data and market insights to build integrated marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness in meeting hiring goals.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least eight years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related discipline. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
