The Field Engineer III serves as the primary technical liaison between engineering, construction teams, and clients to ensure project success on industrial job sites. They are responsible for providing technical support, validating electrical installations, and leading small project teams while maintaining strong client relationships.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, along with strong proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and construction processes.

Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

As a Field Engineer III, you'll be the bridge between engineering, construction, and our clients. You'll spend your time where the work is happening, solving real-world technical challenges, building trusted relationships, and helping deliver complex industrial projects from the ground up. We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes ownership of technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
This position offers the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one. Rather than working behind the scenes, you'll be onsite helping guide construction, partnering directly with clients, and influencing the success of large-scale industrial projects from kickoff through completion.
You'll collaborate with experienced engineers, project managers, designers, construction professionals, and clients while expanding your technical expertise and leadership skills. Every project presents new challenges, new opportunities to learn, and the chance to see your work come to life in the field.
Travel: This position is part of our National Traveling Team. Unlike roles that require constant relocation, Field Engineers are typically assigned to one project for the duration of its lifecycle. Most assignments last 8 months to 2 years, allowing you to become an integral part of the project team, build strong relationships with clients and coworkers, and see the project through from startup to completion before moving on to your next assignment.
