The Inventory Specialist maintains accurate inventory records and ensures material availability to align with operational needs. Key duties include receiving materials, performing cycle counts, and collaborating with project teams to prevent shortages.
A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree and 1-3 years of inventory or logistics experience preferred. Candidates must be proficient with ERP systems or Excel and capable of lifting materials as required.

Job Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting material availability, and ensuring inventory levels align with operational needs. This role helps keep materials organized, tracked, and ready for use while working closely with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and project teams.
