Provide administrative and operational support to Member Services, Lending, and Debt Resolution teams. Tasks include processing mail, maintaining loan files, performing quality control reviews, and managing debt resolution documentation.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and between one month to one year of related administrative or financial services experience. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to our Member Services, Lending, and Debt Resolution teams. From maintaining records and processing documents to supporting lending activities and ensuring account accuracy, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our members and supporting the Credit Union's daily operations.
