Own Strategic Client Relationships

• Become the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients after contracts are signed.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with brand managers and key stakeholders.
• Lead day-to-day communication, status updates, planning conversations, and business reviews.
• Represent Influur professionally while becoming a strategic advisor for your clients.

Drive Campaign Success

• Partner closely with the Campaigns team to ensure campaigns launch on time and are delivered successfully.
• Maintain full visibility into campaign progress, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Proactively communicate campaign updates and remove blockers before they impact delivery.
• Handle campaign objections, scope questions, talent swaps, and delivery issues while escalating only strategic or pricing decisions.
• Ensure clients always have confidence in campaign execution without personally owning campaign operations.

Protect Client Health

• Proactively identify at-risk accounts before the client raises concerns.
• Monitor account health and identify potential delivery, communication, or relationship risks.
• Build recovery plans for at-risk clients and partner internally to resolve issues quickly.
• Own the client relationship during difficult conversations and maintain long-term trust.

Grow Existing Accounts (Farmer)

• Continuously identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
• Recognize commercial triggers and translate them into business opportunities.
• Recommend additional campaigns, creators, services, or markets based on client needs.
• Partner with leadership to convert expansion opportunities into revenue.
• Demonstrate measurable account growth through upsells and expanded partnerships.

Generate New Business 

• Prospect and build relationships with new brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Generate qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Understand client challenges and position Influur as a strategic partner.
• Build pipeline while balancing existing account responsibilities.

Maintain Operational Excellence

• Maintain CRM as the single source of truth for client status, opportunities, risks, and next steps.
• Prepare weekly account updates and opportunity summaries for leadership.
• Surface risks, workload constraints, and operational issues early.
• Improve systems and workflows instead of relying on manual workarounds.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve the client experience.

• Owns client relationships with confidence and professionalism.

• Can balance relationship building with commercial growth.
• Understands influencer marketing beyond campaign execution.
• Has strong judgment when selecting creators, evaluating campaign performance, and advising clients.

• Escalates strategically rather than trying to solve everything alone.
• Uses AI and technology to work smarter and improve efficiency.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with high ownership.

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Partnerships, Business Development, or Influencer Marketing.
• 3+ years managing influencer or creator campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience owning client communication directly.
• Proven experience growing existing accounts through upsells, renewals, or expanded partnerships.
• Experience prospecting or generating new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, campaign execution, and client management.
• Experience working with CRM platforms to manage pipelines and account health.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Startup experience is a plus.
