Deliver targeted development plans using simulation and in-cab coaching to improve operator performance in safety and production efficiency. Collaborate with site training teams to identify workforce needs and leverage data-driven insights to validate training effectiveness.
Requires demonstrated experience in mining operations training and a solid operating background with large mining equipment such as excavators and shovels. Candidates must be capable of training operators in Autonomous Haulage Systems and possess a data-driven mindset for tracking progress.

In partnership with a global iron ore leader, we are seeking an experienced mining equipment trainer with in-pit operating experience to join our Managed Services team as an embedded resource on site in the Pilbara.
This role places you at the center of the client’s workforce development strategy. Using Immersive Technologies’ proven methodology, you will help uplift operator performance across safety, maintenance discipline, and production efficiency, while embodying our values in day-to-day work:

This 12-month FIFO position includes camp accommodation and requires a passion for developing operators along their learning curve safely, consistently, and sustainably.
