The HR Manager is responsible for managing the local HR function, including onboarding, talent management, and compensation reporting. They serve as a strategic partner to line management and ensure legal compliance with labor and social security laws.
Requires 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or multinational matrix environment, with a degree in Business Administration or Law. Must have strong knowledge of German labor law, a valid driver's license, and fluency in both German and English.
