The incumbent should possess the basic skills and knowledge to perform depot, essential safety, and compliance functions with the ability to work independently to accomplish tasks. The ideal candidate has intermodal transportation experience, strong driver recruiting skills, and working knowledge of Samsara and Tenstreet. This individual understands Hours of Service requirements, supports safety and compliance efforts, and can effectively coach drivers to improve performance, maintain compliance, and promote safe operating practices.
