Rattaché(e)e au DRH France, vous intégrerez l’équipe RH de la division IST, au siège d’IDEMIA.
1. Support au DRH France : Contribuer au pilotage RH France à travers la préparation de supports, le suivi des projets et/ou la réalisation d’analyses ponctuelles.
2. Communication RH interne
• Participer à la rédaction des communications internes RH et externes (Linkedin par exemple) pour mettre en visibilité nos actions
• Soutenir l’organisation d’évènements internes RH (ex. : career week, séminaire RH, actions santé / handicap)
3. Support aux projets RH
• Participer aux projets RH transverses (HR policies, revues de talents, enquête d’engagement interne, campagne d’apprentissage, on boarding, ..)
• Participer à l’élaboration de contenus à destination de l’équipe, des managers ou des collaborateurs le cas échéant
4. Appui aux HR Business Partners
• Intervenir en support sur l’ensemble des processus RH (recrutement, intégration, campagne de performance, talent review…).
• Contribuer à la collecte et au suivi des données RH le cas échéant
• Participer à la vie quotidienne du service RH, en lien avec les différents interlocuteurs interne
