The associate manages traditional teller transactions and daily branch operations while delivering exceptional member experiences. They are responsible for identifying members' financial needs and recommending appropriate Credit Union products and digital solutions.
A high school diploma is required, with an associate or bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of financial services experience preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly desired along with strong cash-handling and customer service skills.

The objective is to effectively execute all service transactions and sales routines to deepen member relationships, identify members’ financial needs, and present appropriate Credit Union solutions.
