The role is responsible for executing and operationalizing the global market access and reimbursement strategy within the US healthcare system. This includes managing payer and provider engagement, optimizing reimbursement pathways, and leading physician and KOL engagement for proton therapy.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and over 5 years of deep expertise in the US payer and reimbursement environment. Candidates must have a proven track record in oncology or high-cost medical technologies and experience with CMS and MACs.

The market access director US is accountable for executing, adapting and operationalizing the global market access & reimbursement strategy across the US healthcare system. The role owns US access outcomes including payer and provider engagement, coverage and reimbursement pathways, physician and referral network activation, translating global strategy into effective US coverage, patient access, and stakeholder alignment.

Salary: Approx. $154,100 – $200,000 (based on experience, location, and education)
