The Security Manager oversees all security, protection, and emergency response operations to safeguard guests, employees, and company assets. This includes developing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing the security personnel and technical systems.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Security Management, or a related field. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in law enforcement and security operations.
The Security Manager is responsible for the planning, administration, supervision, and continuous improvement of all security, protection, and emergency response operations within the hotel. The primary responsibility of this role is to safeguard the physical well-being of guests, employees, visitors, and company assets while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, legal requirements, and service expectations.
The Security Manager also coordinates the response and management of incidents, emergencies, internal investigations, and preventive security programs, working closely with Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering/Maintenance, and Executive Management to maintain a safe, orderly, and service-oriented environment.
