The Branch Manager is responsible for leading all facets of branch sales, service, and operations while coaching the team to achieve production goals. They must also drive business development, manage high-value customer portfolios, and ensure the branch adheres to all regulatory and security policies.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of retail sales leadership experience, or a Bachelor's Degree. The role requires strong acumen in banking, sales leadership, and the ability to pass background checks including fingerprinting for NMLS regulations.

As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for management of the branch; leading all facets of sales, service and operations of the branch; coaching on existing processes, leading the team in achieving budgeted production goals, acquiring new consumer and business customers; initiating referrals to partners, and deepening all existing customer relationships proactively driving business inside and outside of the branch; and responsible for consistent business development and calling program.

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
