Manage the overall operations of a residential senior living community to provide quality services within budgetary boundaries. Ensure full compliance with HUD, state Housing Finance Agency, and local government requirements while leading a team of staff.
Requires experience in HUD and Tax Credit property management, including 1-2 years with new build communities and 2+ years in affordable housing and team supervision. A bachelor's degree and Certificate of Occupancy Specialist certification are preferred.

Salary range: $60,000 depending on experience.
Ardmore House II is currently in the final stages of construction. This position will be based at our Home Office.
Once the community is move-in ready, the position will transition to the on-site Ardmore House II location.
