The Senior HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of HVAC and building automation systems. They provide professional on-site and remote support while ensuring all service documentation is accurately updated.
Candidates must have over 5 years of HVAC mechanical experience, an EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification, and a State of Maine Gas License. Ability to interpret technical schematics and a valid driver's license are also required.
