The DSP supports individuals with goals for community integration and assists with activities of daily living, mobility, and health management. Responsibilities include ensuring 24/7 safety, monitoring vitals, and fostering collaborative relationships with the person served.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Michigan driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to become CPR/First Aid certified are also required.
