The DSP supports individuals in achieving personal goals and integrating into their community through assistance with daily living, health management, and social networking. Responsibilities include ensuring 24/7 safety, monitoring vitals, and implementing clinical care plans.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid State of Michigan driver's license. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and a commitment to working 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays, are required.

The DSP may assist in areas of mobility, activities of daily living, communication, cognition, health management, social networking, vocational, leisure time management, and community participation.
Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations: 3rd Shift (Nights) FT including weekends and holidays.
