The Paraprofessional provides instructional support in classrooms by assisting with lesson plans, small-group learning, and one-on-one academic guidance. They also support classroom management, supervise students during transitions, and assist with students' special needs as outlined in IEPs or 504 plans.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a Missouri Substitute or Paraprofessional Certification. Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred, along with strong communication and classroom management skills.
