The Director of Patient Care Services oversees all direct and indirect patient services, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. They are responsible for managing clinical teams, developing organizational policies, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in hospice care delivery.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree in nursing and at least three years of management experience in hospice or four years in a home health setting. Strong knowledge of clinical decision-making, governmental regulations, and CHAP standards is required.
