The Clinical Manager oversees hospice case referrals, assigns personnel, and evaluates patient care through home visits and record reviews. They collaborate with the medical director and interdisciplinary teams to establish therapeutic goals and develop comprehensive plans of care.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current state license and possess at least two years of management or supervisory experience in a hospice or home care setting. Proficiency in hospice philosophy, pain management, and interdisciplinary teamwork is required.
