Develop and maintain kiln and plant stability, quality, and productivity while managing fuel mix optimizations to control costs. Coordinate production to ensure quality and cost standards are met while adhering to the Lafarge Operating Model.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science or a relevant field with 5-8 years of experience in the cement field. Must have at least 4 years of production experience and over 2 years of control room operating experience.

Education, Qualifications & Experience |
Education: - Bachelor degree in Science or any relevant field.
Min Experience 5-8 years’ experience in cement field with at least 4 years’ previous cement plant experience in production, Previous control room operating experience more than 2 years.
Job-Specific Skills - Communication Skills at advanced level - Demonstrated a strong commitment to Safety - Staying current with new technology and being receptive to new ideas - Good knowledge of production operations
