Pour notre ligne de produits Bétons, Lafarge recherche un Responsable Industriel Région Sud Est (H/F) en CDI basé à Montdragon (axe Lyon - Montpellier)
Rattaché au Directeur Industriel de la ligne de produits Bétons, vous supervisez et optimisez les opérations industrielles neuves et de rénovations.
Sur un réseau de 35 centrales à béton, votre mission principale est de piloter des projets d’envergure en vous appuyant sur les équipes opérationnelles locales. Vous encadrez l’ensemble des acteurs internes et externes pour répondre à nos exigences techniques, sécurité et budgétaires.
Pour ce faire, vos responsabilités s’articulent autour de 4 axes :
Pilotage et support terrain : Accompagnement des Directeurs et pilotage de bout en bout des projets industriels (neufs et rénovations) du secteur Sud-Est.
Performance et maintenance : Optimisation de l'outil industriel à travers le support de la maintenance (préventive/corrective) et l'harmonisation des pratiques.
Technique et Conformité : Rédaction des cahiers des charges, choix des solutions techniques et pilotage de l'ensemble des démarches réglementaires et normatives.
Budget et chantiers : Gestion des enveloppes financières (appels d'offres, clôtures) et coordination du planning et du phasage des travaux sur les sites.
De formation Bac +5 en ingénierie ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’au minimum 5 ans d’expérience réussie en gestion de projets industriels, en maintenance ou développement technique (idéalement dans l’univers du béton, des carrières ou de l'industrie lourde).
Vous maîtrisez la gestion de projets et le suivi de chantiers.
