The HR Specialist provides administrative and operational support for recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations. They ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while serving as an onsite representative for operations management and staff.
Candidates must have 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR, and a strong understanding of HR laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
