Responsibilities:
Contractor & Vendor Management
Manage day-to-day administration of numerous contractors and outsourced service providers.
Oversee contractor onboarding, contract creation, renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
Maintain an up-to-date repository of all contracts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Monitor contractor performance against service levels, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
Act as the primary point of contact for contractor queries and escalations.
Contract Governance & Compliance
Ensure all contract terms comply with company policies, legal standards, and procurement guidelines.
Conduct periodic reviews of contractor documentation, insurance, regulatory requirements, and risk compliance.
Support internal and external audits related to contractor management.
Financial & Budget Management
Collaborate with Finance to track contractor costs, verify invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Monitor contract spending against budgets, forecasts, and approval thresholds.
Prepare monthly contractor expenditure reports and financial summaries for leadership.
Analyze cost efficiency and recommend opportunities for cost optimization.
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to contractor lifecycle management workflows.
Work closely with Procurement and Legal teams to improve contract templates and processes.
Support cross-functional projects requiring contractor coordination or financial governance.
Requirement:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
5 years of experience in finance, contract management, vendor management, procurement, or similar.
Strong understanding of contract terms, procurement processes, and financial controls.
Experience managing multiple contractors, vendors, or external service providers.
Proficiency in MS Excel and contract management systems (or willingness to learn).
