Lead the engineering part of the Cybersecurity function, supporting and empowering Project Cybersecurity Leads and Risk Assessment Engineers. Manage day-to-day activities, ensure project involvement, and handle contractual and legal cybersecurity discussions for tenders.
Requires documented experience in leadership or project management and knowledge of critical infrastructure regulations like NIS2 or NERC-CIP. Candidates must be familiar with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and IEC62443 and be fluent in English.

R0131061For this position, we are looking for a collaborative, teamwork-oriented manager with a strong interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to share experience and guidance. To excel in this position, you will need to understand the Cybersecurity trends and regulatory challenges and work proactively to be one step ahead.
At HVDC our Cybersecurity function is split into two teams. You will be heading the Engineering part of the Cybersecurity function with our Project Cybersecurity Leads, Engineers and Risk Assessment Engineers. They are deeply involved in project execution, tendering and other various development activities. Your task is to support, guide, strengthen and empower the team and you will work with other managers across HVDC to ensure the right and relevant tasks and Divisions of Work for the team.
