The Requirements &Qualifications 任职资格
机械测试人员:
· 熟悉电气安全规程，熟悉测试设备操作安全规程，有低压电工证；
· 熟悉国内外相关行业标准：如SGCC/CSG、DL 、IEC 等；
· 熟悉断路器、隔离开关、接地开关、快速接地开关的主要技术参数的定义及测试
方法。
· 熟悉常用机械测设备：如KoCos 设备了解及使用，KoCos 软件了解及使用，磨合
仪的使用，主回路电阻测试仪了解及使用，二次耐压设备的了解及使用等。
· 大专及以上学历，自动化或电气工程等专业背景，熟悉继电保护原理，能够熟读
一，二次原理图，可以快速定位接线错误；
· 基本办公软件熟练使用,具备基本的英语读写能力
高压测试人员
· 高压试验人员具有高压电工证；
· 高压试验人员熟悉高压试验安全工作规程；
· 熟悉GIS 相关的IEC/GB/DL 标准，熟悉SGCC/CSG 关于GIS 的技术条款；
· 大专及以上学历，高电压或电气等专业背景，了解局放及产生的原因，具备初步
定位故障及判断局放原因的能力；
· 具备SF6 操作能力；
