The Senior Affiliate Manager will lead the growth and optimization of the affiliate network by recruiting high-value partners and managing the full lifecycle of relationships. They are responsible for negotiating commercial terms, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance across all traffic sources.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in affiliate management within the lead generation or performance marketing industry. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and strong analytical skills.
