Lead and oversee the Bank's BSA, AML, and OFAC compliance programs to protect the organization from financial crime. Serve as the primary liaison for regulators and manage compliance for high-risk banking relationships and fintech partnerships.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of BSA/AML experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years of experience, including 3 years of leadership. CAMS certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
