We are seeking an in-person Technology Systems Engineer who will shape how technology powers the guest experience and daily operations across Heritage Companies.
In a hospitality company built on culture, service, and human connection, technology should never be a barrier, it should be an accelerator. This role ensures our systems work seamlessly behind the scenes so our teams can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional, memorable experiences.
You will design, build, and maintain the technology that connects our hotels, restaurants, and corporate teams, directly impacting how we operate, how we scale, and how our guests experience our brand.
From launching new properties to enhancing digital guest journeys, your work will influence every touchpoint of the Heritage experience. You will simplify complexity, solve high-impact problems, and bring thoughtful, scalable solutions to a dynamic and growing organization.
This role matters because when our technology is intentional, efficient, and aligned, it allows our people to take care of our guests, and allow our guests to experience the very best of Heritage.
Requirements
Heritage Hotels & Resorts was established in 2005 to manage 13 hotels in the State of New Mexico and has expanded to include numerous companies built, all with the same mission to advance economic and employment opportunities. Now Heritage Companies includes Sawmill Market, Blue Water Linen, Heritage Real Estate, and 11 hotels. Heritage Companies features an award-winning portfolio of hotels located across the state of New Mexico, designed with the historical authenticity of their respective communities and draws from the unique blend of Native American, Mexican, Spanish, and American Western cultural influences.
