The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing meal ingredients, simple dishes, and condiments according to standardized recipes. They must maintain a clean and sanitary workspace while assisting with the storage of raw ingredients and general mission work.
Candidates must have knowledge of food safety standards and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours. Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing is required to follow oral and written instructions.
