Train to repair and maintain mechanical equipment used in production and packaging through a four-year apprenticeship. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Requires a high school diploma and proven mechanical aptitude, with previous maintenance experience being a plus. Candidates must be physically able to lift 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
Hello, do you possess a basic mechanical aptitude, but lack formal training? Do you have experience maintaining and repairing equipment and are ready to take the next step to Maintenance Technician? If so, then our apprenticeship program may be perfect for you! As an apprentice in our program, you will train on repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment used in the production and packaging of products. Regularly participate in inspecting equipment, structures or material; work on all requests for the various types of maintenance work assigned. This is a four-year program that allows participants to receive formal training at no charge while earning a paycheck.
