The Quality Technician ensures food safety and quality standards are met by performing hourly checks on production lines. They are responsible for monitoring HACCP and Allergen programs and managing non-conforming materials through hold procedures.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 months of experience as a Quality Assurance Technician. Candidates must be able to lift 40 pounds and work in a refrigerated environment.

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that all elements of food safety within the Quality Monitoring Scheme are being met. Ensures that all regulatory, customer, and company quality initiatives are being met and maintained.

Starting Pay: Quality Technician Level I $21.30/hr., Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
