The Laundry Worker is responsible for collecting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal clothing within a long-term care facility. They must also operate laundry equipment safely while adhering to infection control and universal precaution policies.
Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine, repetitive tasks while standing or walking for extended periods. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the ability to follow oral and written instructions is required.
