The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents according to specific dietary needs and portion sizes. Additionally, the role involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and dining areas while following food safety guidelines.
A high school diploma and previous food service experience are preferred, along with a required ServSafe or Food Handler certification. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.
