The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents while maintaining kitchen sanitation and food safety standards. They must also interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent customer service.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 30 pounds. A current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on state or county law.
