Consult international clients on SAP HR software to modernize and digitalize HR processes. Responsibilities include managing projects from planning to completion, configuring HCM or SF modules, and conducting user workshops.
Requires several years of experience in HR-IT, specifically with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors, and a degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or HR. Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required, along with a strong understanding of systems and databases.
