The Senior Manager, People Analytics & Insights partners with HR and business leaders to enable data-driven decisions that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This role leads the enterprise people analytics and insights strategy, delivers actionable workforce insights, and connects people data to business outcomes. The position also ensures responsible data governance and leads a small analytics team.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $136,000-$178,000.In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays.
