The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day drilling operations and manages a team of Field Supervisors to ensure project completion. Key duties include managing equipment maintenance, workforce allocation, and aligning field operations with corporate standards and safety regulations.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in both drilling and supervisory roles, along with a valid CDL and MSHA safety certification. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
