The Guest Service Agent is responsible for greeting, registering, and assisting guests while managing reservations and payments. They also perform bookkeeping tasks and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Candidates should have previous customer service experience or equivalent training. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with familiarity with hotel property management systems.
