Oversees all medication storage and preparation, specifically managing sterile compounding rooms to ensure regulatory compliance and workflow efficiency. Collaborates with pharmacy leadership to develop policies, manage staff scheduling, and maintain medication security.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited school and a valid Registered Pharmacist License. A minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacist experience is required, with a Pharm.D. or Master's degree preferred.

The Sterile Compounding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all medication storage and preparation in the organization. Assists in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies, procedures, goals and objectives. Responsible for oversight of compounding in all the sterile compounding rooms. Ensure regulatory compliance and workflow efficiency for all sterile compounding areas.
