The Compliance Coordinator monitors adherence to regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements across data center operations. They support internal and external audits, manage compliance documentation, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure operational security and safety.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management. Preference is given to candidates with experience in ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, or critical infrastructure environments.
The Compliance Coordinator works in a critical operational environment where our teams value safety and customer service to the highest degree. This position is responsible for supporting and monitoring the organization’s adherence to regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This position supports the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs related to physical security, environmental and safety regulations, energy efficiency, and information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
The Compliance Coordinator collaborates with operations, facilities, security, and IT teams to support internal audits, manage documentation, coordinate with third-party assessors, and track corrective actions. They also monitor regulatory developments relevant to data centers, support customer compliance inquiries and audits, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
This position reports to the Director of Compliance.
