The role involves leading discovery workshops to map business processes and translating them into functional configurations within the NetSuite platform. Additionally, the analyst guides clients through UAT, go-live deployment, and provides post-implementation support and training.
Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of experience in SaaS business analysis and be fully bilingual in English and French. A university degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is required.

As a Junior Business Analyst, you are the strategic bridge between our clients' operational realities and cloud technology. Possessing a strong client-facing mindset, you love engaging with people, driving conversations, and guiding teams through business process improvements and system changes with empathy, clarity, and simplified communication.
We seek a self-starter who is naturally curious, someone who constantly strives to understand the "why" behind a business workflow to uncover optimization opportunities, rather than just executing on the "what." You are highly coachable, welcome constructive feedback as a tool for personal growth, and thrive as an active team player in a collaborative environment.
* This position requires proficiency in a language other than French due to the fact that 75% of our clients operate in English
