The Implementation Analyst will manage the onboarding of new business to service platforms and support existing members. This role involves project managing implementation programs, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with engagement managers to build customer relationships.
Candidates should hold a tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, management, or information systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with strong analytical and presentation skills, is required.

GS1 NZ has multiple software-as-a-service platforms which enable effective and efficient product information & content synchronisation throughout the supply chain. As an Implementation Analyst, you will be working across various GS1 service solutions to support our continued expansion into the Food & Grocery, Hardware, and Healthcare sectors.
Your key area of involvement will be in onboarding new business to our product master data service lines. There will also be a focus on supporting existing members using our services.
Embedding our solutions means engaging directly with customers to project manage a defined implementation programme, running training sessions (online and in person), having a knack for understanding multiple software solutions and business processes, and working with our engagement managers to develop relationships with key demand & supply side customers.
