Lead multiple daily group therapy sessions using evidence-based curricula and a member-centered approach. Collaborate with care teams and prescribers to monitor member progress and support a recovery-oriented environment.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and behavioral health licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, CAP) with at least two years of experience in SUD group therapy. Proficiency in technology and the ability to work some evenings is required.

Salary Range:$57,625 – $68,761 *Based on experience, and education
What You’ll Do
Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, CAP with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency preferred)
Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus
