The Member Access Provider will conduct intake evaluations and initiate buprenorphine-based medication for addiction treatment via telemedicine. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients during the first four weeks of their recovery journey.
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license as an MD, DO, NP, or PA. Experience in treating opioid use disorder with buprenorphine and a background in behavioral health or primary care are required.

Since 2014, we have supported hundreds of thousands of individuals on their recovery journey through a model that combines medication for addiction treatment (MAT), group therapy, and ongoing peer support.
We are seeking a Physician, Nurse Practitioner (FNP or APRN), or Physician Assistant to join our Member Access team, a critical role focused on engaging patients at the most pivotal point in their recovery: the first days and weeks of treatment.
This is an opportunity to practice meaningful, high-impact medicine in a collaborative, technology-enabled care model while helping remove barriers to treatment for underserved populations.
What You’ll Do
As a Member Access Provider, you will play a frontline role in initiating treatment and stabilizing patients early in their recovery journey.
You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes member engagement, safety, and long-term recovery outcomes, not just visit volume.
