Lead 3–4 structured group therapy sessions daily while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Monitor member progress, document outcomes, and engage in local community outreach to support the recovery mission.
Requires a Master's degree and at least two years of experience leading groups in a substance use disorder setting. Active behavioral health licensure or the ability to obtain reciprocity is preferred.

Salary Range: $53,041 - $63,565 *Based on experience, and education
What You’ll Do
Master’s degree required.
Preferred: Active behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: GSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, ADC, AADC, LICSW, or associate-level licensure; alternatively, Master’s degree (or BA with relevant experience) with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
