The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing facility maintenance, pilot plants, and preventive/corrective maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency. They also lead the maintenance team, oversee capital investment projects, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in an industrial maintenance environment is required, with previous team management experience highly desirable.
