Manage and deliver European Commission co-funded projects focusing on electronic infrastructures and Quantum Communication Infrastructure (EuroQCI). Responsibilities include developing project scopes, writing proposals, and representing the company in international consortium meetings.
Requires at least 2 years of technical project management experience and a solid background in telecommunications or software development. Proficiency in English and experience with European program proposals are essential.

We are currently looking for a technically-oriented Junior Technical Project Manager with a track record in project management, Quantum Communications and wide technical background to join our team working on the management and delivery of European Commission co-funded Projects for the European Infrastructures and Projects Directorate.
You will be part of a team of established Projects Managers and engineers that nourish technical competency, delivering solutions/services for e-Infrastructures in a number of strategic EC Projects in the areas of Global Connectivity and European Quantum Communication Infrastructure (EuroQCI).
Your Tasks:● Develop project concept, scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
● Preparing and writing proposals for projects, independently or in collaboration with other European partners
● Manage running projects
● Participate to and manage meetings, including administrative and technical ones
● Contribute to deliverables of active projects
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
● Contribute to designing technical solutions
● Represent the company in project consortium meetings in Europe and beyond
Your Profile:● Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in management of technical projects
● Experience in contributing to project proposals in the framework of national and European Programmes
● Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
● Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in telecommunications, computing, software development
● Self-driven, ability to take initiative, ability to accept challenges and undertake responsibilities
● Innovative spirit and team orientation
● Communication and presentation skills
Will be considered a plus:
● Participation in cybersecurity and/or quantum communications projects (QCI/QKD/ PQC)
● Excellent communication skills
● Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
● Working with agile methodologies
● Related certifications
