Proven experience managing a busy kitchen and developing high-performing teams to exceed targets. Must possess the ability to work under pressure and a keen eye for food presentation and quality.

Gateway is a key part of our operating model, bringing together our Area Managers and Pub Leadership Teams to deliver strong, consistent performance across our pubs. It is designed to support collaboration, strengthen leadership, and drive meaningful change at a local level. Through Gateway, teams are empowered to take ownership, adapt to evolving customer needs, and maximise the potential of each pub.
As part of a secondment, you will receive a £400 additional responsibility payment per period, giving you the opportunity to gain new experiences and develop your skills in different roles or areas of the business. Where secondments are agreed, you will retain your substantive role, providing the reassurance of a position to return to.
