The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in the daily operations of the pub and leads the team to deliver excellent customer experiences. They are responsible for maintaining brand standards, ensuring safety, and fostering a welcoming environment for the community.
Candidates must possess strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to ensure safety and compliance with allergen controls.
